His design projects span from luxury, high-end interiors to community-focused non-profit organizations, emphasizing Jerry’s passion for fostering connection through meaningful design. Not only does his portfolio include notable projects for The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, but he has also served his local community through revitalizing, co-founding, and leading community development initiatives & public gathering spaces.

VERÓNICA DEL RÍO
Studio Manager
Veronica, seasoned in the realm of operations, brings over a decade of nonprofit management experience, having served as the Associate Director of Operations for the Sherman Heights Community Center, a local San Diego nonprofit. Her astute business and financial acumen played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s success and ensuring a strong foundation of fiscal responsibility.
As Studio Manager for Casa 129, Veronica works closely with the leadership team to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across all business operations and financial aspects of the design studio. From managing daily functions and HR processes to collaborating in the preparation and review of project proposals, Veronica is also committed to fostering strong relationships with customers and business partners and believes in creating an environment that thrives on trust, satisfaction, and long-lasting partnerships.
Veronica is truly excited to be part of Casa 129’s journey and is working together with Casa’s team to continue to push the boundaries of spatial design, create immersive experiences, and exceed clients’ expectations by turning their spaces into extraordinary stories
WENDY SYBRANDY
Studio Coordinator
A creative explorer with a keen eye for detail, Wendy is passionate about reimagining spaces and transforming them into functional and inspirational experiences.
As Studio Coordinator for Casa 129, Wendy collaborates closely with the Principal, overseeing and supporting the overall process of projects from conceptual design to completion. Wendy manages the studio environment and design library, assists with project budgets and estimates and keeps abreast of all project timelines to ensure a smooth execution of clients’ projects.
With a diverse background deeply rooted in community coupled with a decade of experience in retail operations, administration, and event production, Wendy understands the importance of a collaborative approach and has the ability of fostering positive relationships with clients, creative partners and vendors that contribute to seamless project coordination and successful outcomes.
Wendy is excited to be part of the Casa team where she continues to nurture her love for art and design, while bringing clients our unique blend of service, creativity, and vision.
